MYKC developed a unified signage system for ePyeonhansesang, a leading brand in Korea’s apartment culture. The design balances timeless aesthetics with functional clarity, recognizing that residential signage typically remains unchanged for decades.
To complement the architecture, we applied minimal forms and durable materials such as metal and patterned concrete, enhancing detail within a neutral white palette. The result is a signage system that is both refined and long-lasting.
Considering the scale of ePyeonhansesang's multi-building complexes, the system was designed to be modular and adaptable across various sites. First applied in Anyang and Cheonan Tangjeong, it now serves as the new standard—reinforcing both brand identity and user-friendly spatial guidance.
