The design balances timeless aesthetics with functional clarity, recognizing that residential signage typically remains unchanged for decades. To complement the architecture, we applied minimal forms and durable materials such as metal and patterned concrete, enhancing detail within a neutral white palette. The result is a signage system that is both refined and long-lasting. Considering the scale of ePyeonhansesang's multi-building complexes, the system was designed to be modular and adaptable across various sites. The renewed identity draws on the philosophy of ‘Tea-scape’ (茶境), offering a modern interpretation of Korean tea culture across generations and cultures. The new system features an English wordmark and a standalone symbol for flexible application. Teal Green and Gray, inspired by Jeju’s tea fields and volcanic landscape, form the core color palette. Custom patterns echo natural textures, reinforcing a serene and immersive tea experience. MYKC designed Tea Stone Cellar packaging inspired by the character “木,” using bold brush graphics and colors reflecting each tea’s origin.
